The highlight of the 2012 cricket season was rain, rain, and more rain. And when it wasn’t raining, pitches were waterlogged and unplayable. Hence very few matches were even started and there were only about 12 games in total. Even the Summer Ball had to be relocated at short notice to the Village Hall!
For the Three Counties League batting stats, there were so few games that only Adam and Simon B got high enough figures to submit. Adam made 127 runs, an average of 25.4, and Simon made 227, averaging 56.75.
