Welcome

We are an active and friendly club that welcomes players and non-playing members from across a wide area with a strong social side always looking at ways to support and integrate with the local community.

Our Sunday XI plays in the Readers Mid Wessex Sunday League and against other local and touring sides.  Our Mid-week Evening XI, ‘The Stingers’, play at least one 20/20 match a week from May until mid August providing opportunities for cricketers of all abilities and ages to play – so there is plenty of cricket on offer!

Our Juniors – the Buckaroos – will be playing their 2nd season of District Under 11’s cricket.  From this group of 17 we have provided 5 players for their respective North Dorset District Squads, one of whom has also been selected for County.  Congratulations to them all!   Simon Dodd, our ECB UKCC Level 2 qualified coach, will coach them again this season.

Ladies cricket had a very successful 2017 debut, and we’ll build on that again this season.  They now have a name – the LBWs – the Ladies of Buckhorn Weston.

And we also have a Golf Society!
